Our family opened its first stall in Khari Baoli — the 400-year-old spice market of Old Delhi. In those narrow lanes, we learned that a good masala is not made — it is remembered.

Unlike brands that use factory blends, every product is sourced directly from the farm — mustard from Rajasthan, rice from Punjab, dal from MP, ghee from Haryana's free-range cows. No middlemen. No preservatives.

Our papads are sun-dried by hand on rooftops in the old-Delhi way. Each batch is small, tested, and rolled by artisan women who have made papads for 3 generations.

Our achars are made with the same slow-cook, mustard-oil method that homes in Punjab and UP have used for 200 years. Our desi ghee is bilona-churned — the traditional hand-churned method.

In 2005, we made our first bhaji box for a Chandni Chowk wedding — 200 boxes of home masalas, gur, papad, and achar, each wrapped in red muslin with the family's name in gold. Families still call us 30 years later.
