We now ship to over 200 countries worldwide. We take great care in delivering your products to you. We partner only with reputed National and International couriers.

SHIPPING INFORMATION IN – INDIA
  • We offer free shipping for Delhi and Delhi NCR, Shipment Delivered to Outside Delhi will be charged .
  • Because each craftsman and artisan’s process is unique, shipping time may vary; Look the shipping info on the product page for individual shipping times. If Order requires any Customization will be Taking Additional time and Additional charges.
  • Our Courier partner excluding Public Holiday’s and Sunday will be able to deliver the shipment between Mondays to Saturday: 10 Am to 6 Pm.
  • Address Change will be accepted if order has not been shipped from warehouse.
  • Email Address Must be mentioned with the order.
  • As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
Delivery Method
  • Orders shipped are delivered within 8- 10 Business Working days.
  • For urgent Delivery there are additional charges which will be informed at the time of Order confirmation.

Delivery Method
  • For International orders we charged a Flat rate of INR 2500/-
  • Shipping would be Rs. 1500 /- on order above INR 35000/-.
  • Prices do not include Custom duty.
  • We make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within 8-10 working days but Due to custom it can be delayed to get deliver.
  • Shipping charges and transit time will vary, depending on the location. All international packages are shipped via DHL / Fedex. All transit times are Monday to Saturday. International delivery cannot be guaranteed within a time frame due to customs.
  • Shipping Charges are based on shipping destination and weight of your parcel. Shipping companies determine shipping charges based on the package weight, customs clearance andvarious other factors. We are unable to advise the duty amount. For more information, please

  • Only Prepaid orders can be shipped. Cash on Delivery (COD) not available for International Orders.

  • While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.
  • If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our help desk +91-8448514109 or email us , mentioning your order reference number. We shall try our best to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
  • All shipments are fully insured and require a signature and proof of ID confirmation from the recipient.
  • For COD Orders OTP Must be confirmed by the recipient.
  • Shipping / Reverse pick-up / Re-shipping charges for return and exchanged item would be borne by customer only.
